Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log in to your Keyway account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the electronic device in its original box with all included accessories, manuals, and cables to ensure the item is not damaged during transit.
- 3.Ship the Item
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 business days.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
